The safety of the children in our care is very important to us. That’s why a secure check-in system is a child's first step at BFC Kids. This helps us accurately know the name of each child in our care and provides security when you come to pick up your child.
Here’s what you need to know:
There are three sets of check-in computers.
• At the North Lobby/Nursery Station
• On second floor outside the Early Childhood Ministry area
• On second floor in the Elementary Hallway
Each station has a touch screen check-in system. The first time you check-in at BFC Kids, one of our staff will enter your family information into the computer.
Once you are in the system and ready to check in, the parent/adult will enter the last name or last four digits of the home phone to access the family screen. Just choose the members of your family who are present that day, then touch the “check-in” button.
The computer will generate a name tag with a random security number. Name tags will be printed for the children, the classroom and a security "receipt"with the matching security number will be issued for the parent/adult. This receipt will be required to pick up a child at the end of the ministry time. Please make sure adult who comes to pick up the child has this receipt.
