We count it a great privilege to minister to your babies. Our goal is to make the nursery a place that will surround you and your children with love while you are in God’s house. Our desire is to create and maintain a safe, clean environment as well as a loving atmosphere. We hope you feel the love of Jesus. We have an excellent staff trained to meet your baby’s physical as well as spiritual needs.
We want to enhance each opportunity for God to do His work in the hearts of children and their parents. All classes have teaching opportunities to share the love of Jesus each time your little ones enter our doors. We will sing, play, read, rock and teach each time you are in our part of the ‘House.’
For the safety of all, our teachers and volunteers have been through training and an application process. If you feel the tug of God on your heart to volunteer here, please contact us! We love having parents around! Thanks again for sharing your children with us!
Nursery is provided 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after all regular Sunday and Wednesday services, as well as special events as indicated in the Worship Folder.
- Newborn – 11 Months Room 161
- 11-17 Months Room 163
- 17-24 Months Room 166
- 2 year olds Room 267

*Once a year we promote children into the Early Childhood Ministries area. If your child is 3 on or before September 1, he will promote upstairs in August. All children who turn 3 after September 1, stay with us until the next year. This is a good opportunity for children to track with those they will be in school with.
WHAT TO BRING
- Disposable diapers
- Bottles or sippy cups
- Pacifiers if needed
- And a change of clothes are all helpful.
Please Label everything you bring with your child’s name. If you need a marker, one is available in every room. We honestly do our best to make sure each child goes home with what he/she brought, but with up to 20 children in some of the rooms, names on items surely do help!
A QUICK WORD ABOUT POTTY TRAINING
We ask that your child be totally accident free for a month before you abandon the pull-ups for underwear during church. We will do our very best to partner with you in the goal of potty training, and take your child often. Restrooms are located in their classroom and are just their size. But, when a child has an accident on the carpet, and other children are running/crawling/strolling, it creates a hygiene challenge.
We have a room designed just for you. Please feel free to use it anytime you need … for feeding, changing and watching the morning services.
Children with runny noses (colored substances), fever, persistent cough or signs of a contagious illness cannot be accepted in the nursery. A child must be free of fever/diarrhea for 24 hours before he/she may attend the nursery.
Teachers are not allowed at any time to administer medication. However, parents may sign a permission form to allow teachers to administer Orajel, Mylecon or Desitin.
Your children are such a special blessing from the Lord. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marcus LeBaron or Kim Rogers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with our program, facilities and teachers!
